1. Refund Conditions

1.1 Before Product Production: Customers may cancel their order at any time and receive a full refund, including any deposit paid.

1.2 After Product Production Commences: Customers canceling their order after the product has entered production will have their deposit deducted. If full payment has been made, the remaining amount will be refunded after deducting the deposit.

2. Refund Process

2.1 Customers must submit a refund request in writing (including via email), providing the order number and relevant details.

2.2 Refund requests should be submitted before product shipment. If the product has already been shipped, it will be subject to the return policy.

2.3 We will process the refund as soon as possible upon receipt of the refund request and after verification.

3. Returns Policy

3.1 Product Quality Issues: If the product has quality issues, we will provide free replacement parts, repair, or reshipment services as deemed necessary. Customers must provide relevant evidence to support their quality issue claims.

3.2 Non-Quality Issue Returns: If customers wish to return the product for reasons other than quality issues, they will be required to pay a certain handling fee. The specific fee will depend on the condition of the returned goods and the reason for the return.

3.3 Returns Process:

3.3.1 Customers must submit a return request within the specified period after receiving the product.

3.3.2 Customers should ensure that the returned product is in its original condition, including complete packaging and accessories, and has no signs of use.

3.3.3 We will review the return request and notify the customer whether the return is accepted.

3.3.4 If the return request is accepted, the customer will be provided with return instructions, including logistics arrangements and refund details.

3.3.5 The returned product must be sent back within the specified period after we confirm receipt. Otherwise, the return request will not be accepted.

4. Refund Method

4.1 Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4.2 If the original payment method is not available for refund, we will negotiate with the customer and find an alternative refund method.

5. Other Considerations

5.1 Deposits once paid are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5.2 The refund and returns policy applies only to products purchased directly through our official channels. For products purchased through third-party channels, customers must follow the refund and returns policy of that channel.

5.3 We reserve the right to change the refund and returns policy at any time without prior notice, but we will make every effort to inform customers of any changes.
